adventure travel journey!!!

hey folks it's been a great holiday so far!
well saturday afternoon i went to run at serangoon stadium and got caught in the rain :( i did some pull-ups there too and again equaled my best of 18. can't seem to get better than that:(
ok anws sunday we had the PLH hike at southern ridges. we went for 8am service first then afterwards we got on the bus at 9.30. the seniors groups were quite pathetic cos some people didn't go.. in the end my group only had hannah and i, the other group only david and yiying, and jon's group is the best cos only he came and the rest didnt come. i think this shows jon's commitment haha! so the seniors altogether had only 5 ppl and all were J1 or poly 1. all those born in 1991! haha we rock.
anws the hike was not tiring at all. i didn't sweat at all except for the part where i piggy-backed louis and ran up haha!! he's super cute. then i also pushed e-rae in her wheelchair haha. that's the only things that made me sweat. then there was also some high wall thing (i think it's about 4m high) and i ran and jumped up there and did a few pull-ups haha. later david and jon joined me at the top and i think the photos look quite cool lol.
later we went for lunch at vivo city and i ate yong tau foo. i put in quite alot of things in my bowl and it cost $6.50 LOL.
ok then later we went back to church and had the missions trip training.
at night we went to have dinner at grandma's house. jasper (my pri2 cousin) was playing his champions league fifa game on the laptop as usual and i made fun of arsenal haha! (cos he supports arsenal) cos i told him liverpool got 5 champions league and arsenal got ZERO! but he don't believe me haha! silly guy don't even know the history of arsenal. then later dad called fabregas: flabby-gas and uncle danny said van persie is van helsing haha! then he also said arsenal is arse then jasper cried:p
ok anws waht happened yesterday all the way to today is the adventure travel journeys of I-Zack, David and Jon!!!
haha. ok yesterday first we met at city hall mrt at 2.30pm and we went to the toilet first. after the bombing we went to bras basah sweelee to check out some guitars and i played a $1920 guitar. WOW!!! most expensive guitar i have ever touched. ok then we went to near the national library and then walked to bugis. nothing much there so we walked to near lavendar but in the end it was really too smelly and we decided to detour back to plaza sing. we had our dinner there at 6pm. until then the journey was still not interesting because it was at places which we already knew about and we needed to explore some new places!
so from PS we decided to break our rule of not taking transport and took the mrt to aljunied. from aljunied we were supposed to have a journey all the way to east coast park. so we just keep walking in the general direction of east coast park and at 10.30pm we found ourselves on the opposite side of the road of east coast park lol. so we decided to cut through a tunnel to try to get to the other side. actually we were walking into the tunnel but we weren't sure where we would end up, so we would ask like "eh later dunno where this will lead us leh then how?" but our trademark reply would be "but this is an adventure right?" and then we would all be like "yeah!!!" and continue walking. haha!
anws in the tunnel we were walking and then suddenly heard an announcement which i think is meant for us but we couldnt make out what they were saying. then soon some security truck which said "emas recovery" came and stopped near us. then the guy came out and asked what we were doing. so i just acted dumb and explained we wanted to get to east coast park but we didnt know the way. then they told us to go out through the emergency exit. then they took a photo of the 3 of us! lol! i think it's for recording purposes in case next time we are caught in a tunnel again haha. so bla bla we came out and contined on our way to ECP.
in the end we reached there about 11plus and took a break. we bought big gulp and nachos from the 7-11 and sat down to eat. then we also ate the julie's peanut butter biscuits that mum gave me to bring. after which we continued walking through ECP. i was starting to feel really tired and wanted to sleep but good thing we found the shower place and bathed to get refreshed. only jon was hyper the whole night cos he drank shark and red bull LOL.
ok 2am we started walking more out of east coast park to explore some new grounds.
by 4am we decided to go back to ECP and slacked at the macs and discussed what would be the next part of our adventure. so at 4.30am we decided to walk to the nearest mrt station and take the train to the twins house. so we went out and walked aimlessly cause we thought in singapore if u just kept walking sure can find a mrt station lol. in the end we reached a bus-stop and i did some mapping skills and concluded we should follow the route of bus 966 to get to eunos mrt. so after a long walk we finally reached eunos mrt at 6am.
but i saw the train route would go past outram mrt so i decided that i would skip going to the twins house and go hom to sleep. in the end on the way home i slept and woke up at punggol haha! so had to take the train back to serangoon again and i reached home at 7.15am. took a bath and ate some cereal and i slept at 7.45am all the way til 5pm.
yup and that's the end of our adventure travel journey! i dunno why we call it that but david came up with the name long ago haha. but the last time was just travel journey but today's one was ADVENTURE travel journey. and we are definitely not gonna have anymore for a long time haha. also need to start studying for my promos, so from tmr onwards i'm gonna start studying. (promos is end of sept to start of oct)
wow i think it was a really very good excellent experience. non-stop walking like from 2.30pm to 6am the next day!o.O of course got some stops lah but still like really quite amazing. the distance we covered we estimate maybe 10-20km. and the only food we ate was at dinner at plaza sing and the nachos and biscuits at east coast park. and we only drank like one bottle of water cos couldnt find any place to refill. and the big gulp too. good thing jon said he prayed for good weather:)
